hello supportors i m a new user of infinty i want to know wat is the procedure of unlock nec 343i coz i don't know how to unlock that fone plz guide me thanx

Hello,

Did you tried to make it by yourself ?
What is the problem that you have with n343 unlock ?
What you tried to do to unlok this phone ?

Did you tried the next steps:
connect cable
power off phone
start "QModule"
press "unlock" button
press phone Power button

Boss I M New User Of Infinity A Got Again Nec343i It Can't Unlock Coz It Can't Find Fone And It Also Not On There Led Lights Of Front Plz Tell Me Wats Problem

if you don't see any LED blinking after you press "Unlock" button you need to double check what COM port you have selected.

ya infinity support is right... u r not the only man having problem there many in que.... so u should give some time... as far we know INFINITY have the ever best support in the history of mobiles.... so u should b sorry .... n best regards to infinity team... keep going u r the best...

nec 343i after unlock with caculator redbox i witch it off and power on phone started to reboot pls any suggestion.
