"Erase FFS" have to be checked during flashing.
Try to make "Reset".

Do you see any error messages during flashing ?
What is this phone history ?

The "Erase ffs" is checked. and iam using the lastet ver of s.w.
And the history of the phone is that i have unlocked it few days back. then the customer come back to me and told me that its locked again. i have unlocked it again.
But after few days the customer came back again and report that its locked again..and the reason he to me that he pull out the battery in running phone wihtout powering off with the power button.
I just make it unlocked again and test it with removing battery in wroking phone without powering off by button. yes it went into locked position again.
i simply unlocked it. and tell the customer that dont remove the battery without powering off properly...
Bad luck he came back the next day phone with giving this error "handset save error" with sim in it.
Flashed it already as i described above. but still no luck.
reset it. unlocked it again. saame result

I have seen a eeprom repair file in the support area. what is for ??

After flashing Main + Lp + Map + "erase FFS" phone come to factory state so can't imagine what can be wrong with "handset save error".

eeprom files: calibration data (RF, battery) there. you can try to write it (make eeprom backup first) but I am not sure that it can helps.
