Member: 59731 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.99999 Thanks Meter: 514 | One more thing mate, i hope that you are plugin in cable on USB side of the box not the SERIAL side of the box. cause it requires fast speed data transfer to unlock it same as flashing G50. but make sure drivers for usb box are also installed. Lets go step by step...... 1- plug in ur dongle .(INSTALL DONGLE DRIVERS FIRST) 2-plug in ur uni box with only usb cable attached to mahcine , ur computer asks for the drivers , the drivers are located in the root directory of ur hard disk partition ,eg:c or d://program files/infinitybox/drivers/cable drivers.wait untill ur machine says - device is ready to use. 3-go to my computer /properties/hardware/device manager/com and lpt settings and see which virtual port is used by infinity usb box. remember the port number . 4- ur box shd be on 5v external supply mode , means on top of the box one light shd be red and one is green. 5- plug in the g50 cable in the left side of the uni box (sivler box) the switch lever shd be on upper side direction. 6-plz note ur g50 cable shd go full inserted into the fone connector ,otherwise cut some rubber at the end of the cable so as the cable jack wd go inside properly. 7- open sw and use the same com port as u have seen in my device manager /com port and lpt settings. 8- press unlock and wait untill it asks u to power on the fone , ur fone boots up and is unlocked after 15-----20 sec.  Note: if ur fone does not communicate with sw , try to reduce the baud rate from sw - decrease it to make it stable. works fine. REGARDS GOHAR | |

Member: 17424 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 15 | Thanks for the replies. Yes it is my first phone I am trying to unlock. The customer would not wait so I will have to wait for another phone to try. I was using V1.20. I had to pull the connect out a bit (1.0-1.5mm) for phone to coonect. When I pressed the connector fully into phone socket it did not recognised the phone. Is this normal?. Member: 17424 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 15 | Well bugger me, I manage to unlock one today after 4hrs of playing.Mine turned out be opposite to every one else it seems. I had to pull the cable out about 1.5mm and reduce the speed to very low (never notice the speed slider untill I read the post above agian  ) ie. about 3mm away from extream left. But I did it  .Thanks msa |
