NEC E122 unknow Flash chip error - GSM-Forum

I received 1 dead set so try to flash with
Main E122_Main_R1E_R1J_7D-2716-IT00-0_Nov-04-2005[1].83M
Language pack E122_Customization_R1E_R1J_7D-2716-IT00-0_Nov-04-2005_En_It_De_Fr_Es_Ru_Gr[1].83F
Eprom E122_repair_eeprom_04[1].83E
So got this error
Error :unknown flash chip:3202:3202:3202:6A81
Error :unknown flash chip:3202:3202:3202:2201
Error :unknown flash chip:3202:3202:3202:2203

Plz guide me that it's hardware or software problem?

hello!

this is hardware problem. Program cant detect chip normaly

which cable connect it perfectly i have j6 cable from infinity but my set not connect plz help me infinity

Hello,

J6 cable should works well for E122.
Please, check your cable according to pinout given in "Shell".
