Hi to all,
Today i got 1 Mobile Q E4 625A with Phone lock condition and
other one Q Mobile E786 625A with Phone lock Condition
I already post the Thread but no answer for first one

One reply for update the Version i did and note that i use both Infinity and BB5 Dongle.
Both Devices were unable to reset Security Code.
Logs are posted for better assistance,
