hello!

do you hold power button pressed all time while phone boots? until software asks to release it?

hello!

i think you must look for other pinout. Some chinese phones have few data ports, but only one work for boot_operations.

man i can told u that i am sure of the pinout and i do it myself

there is one more thing u can check did u see the third point near these two points???

try to put ground on it and see what happen????

and one more thing i am sure of the pinout

hello!

looks like cable is soldered properly.
what is phone problem? IF not power On- maybe some interneal hardware fault in power ciruit?
