Hello,
Post more info , phone model / condition ....etc
Use normal / standard USB cable ( don't use boot cable)
don,t press any volume key (for connecting )

i don't use any bottom .... i just insert usb to the phone

Only FW can help. Phone damaged by SW - erased or flashed with wrong FW.
