Need firmware for JinPeng A5688 - GSM-Forum

Customer brought A5688 which died during download. Phone does not power on with battery however powered on then quickly moved to whitescreen when connected to pinfinder and infinity box. I was able to read eeprom and flash but it said new firmware version detected, so infinity does not have a flash for it. Can someone upload this firmware for me thanks

Hello,

Did you tried to make "format ffs" in "complete" mode ?

make full flash backup before format for emergency case.

Thanks bro. Complete mode reset did the trick. As time goes buy infinity with pinfinder is proving to be an excellent china solution.

BTW i read the flash from this unit before i reset it. Can i send it to infinity support as is or do i have to read it again. I would rather send as is cause time is limited.
