hello!

here is very good example of using support area search option:
One Method for Find Flash File in Infinity Support Site - GSM-Forum

also, before flashing any phone- try to solve its problems by format FFS.
better if you make full backup before this.
on speed 921600 it takes less than 10 minutes,
but it is worth to spend them because you will be able to restore phone if something will go wrong

hello!

must be very rare or new firmware.
unfortunately we dont have it in our collection.
you can try to search for same working phone on local market.
read out full backup and use it for flashing your faulty phone.
also i can convert to infinity format BIN file, if you find it.
