Hello mates iam a china mobile seller and technician.i have 40 nos of a200 with new version of software .problem is all phone is working well but when phone get incomig call ring and vibration does not come.but in music player songs play perfectly i mean sound comes perfectly.i formatt the phone and i flash the phone with the flash file which is read full flash from the working a200 which is old version.plese tell me what should i do.its urgent...

With old version flash file phone doesnt get started.and than i flashed with the back up file .now phone is alive

Hello,

Did you checked ring/vibration settings in phone menu ?
Try to enable/disable silent mode, this may helps.

Also, if you have many phones with the same bug, it may be that it's factory fault (wrong prepared firmware) so you can try to flash phone with similar (but not exactly the same) firmware and see results.

please help me my china mobile is not working...cause is i dial this no *#3646633# i selected speed sim like setting .phone automaticaly swich off now i cant swich on it....plese give any information to solve this problom.......
