Hello,
It's Nand Phone, need to make Check/Identify first to do required operation.In case identify not success change Nand Init Mode You can from Settings.
If you want to read factory firmware just check Nand Extra option and then you can directly read firmware without make Identify.

And next time post logs if you need help.
