Need a help to flash orion 910ds


i have orion 910DS dead phone. I have infinity box and configured chinese miracle software. i am new to infinity, so can some one tell me the steps to flash my phone

How to write flash (upgrade/downgrade firmware, change language):

1. connect cable from box to device
2. run "Infinity-Box Shell" software
3. select required model
4. run required software module
5. select required model (if need)
6. go to software "Settings" page and select COM port
7. go to software "Flash" page and load required files
8. press "Write" button and follow instruction given by software


How to read flash:

1. connect cable from box to device
2. run "Infinity-Box Shell" software
3. select required model
4. run required software module
5. select required model (if need)
6. go to software "Settings" page and select COM port
7. go to software "Service" page
8. press "Read flash" (or "Read full flash") button and follow instruction given by software


How to unlock (remove sp-lock, provider lock etc.):

1. connect cable from box to device
2. run "Infinity-Box Shell" software
3. select required model
4. run required software module
5. select required model (if need)
6. go to software "Settings" page and select COM port
7. go to software "Service" page
8. press "SP-Unlock" button and follow instruction given by software


How to reset/format ffs (reset setting to default values, repair freez/restart etc.):
- at first try to make "safe format" (if this option exist)
- if "safe" option is not works try to make "complete" format (if this option exist)

1. connect cable from box to device
2. run "Infinity-Box Shell" software
3. select required model
4. run required software module
5. select required model (if need)
6. go to software "Settings" page and select COM port
7. go to software "Service" page
8. select format mode "safe" or "complete" (if mode is available)
9. press "Reset" or "Format" button and follow instruction given by software

Hi thanks a lot for your steps. But when i am trying to Read information through the infinity i am getting following error.

unlock method: read codes
Model: Autodetect 6205-6227 NOR
Checking data, wait...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press and HOLD Power button now !
error: can't activate test mode
error: operation failed !
Finished, time used: 6 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

I have tried using RJ45 cable and USB cable but unable to detect phone form the Infinity software. Can you please help me to detect phone form software

what is phone connector type? what pins you are using as tx/rx/gnd?

I have tried to power on phone from box power. But my phone is dead so it doesn’t visible anything have used "cable type: 1x8 (L8A)". But still getting same warning massage. Please help me to sole this issue. Or else tell me how to manually select Rx/Tx pings and power on my phone

hello!

dont you think that your phone is dead by hardware reason and this is a reason why pinout can not be found?
