hello sir

i am facing this problem since last 7 days and not able to fix it ...please check pics and guide me in witch way i can solve this problem...i install a new window and run only infinity alone it works ok a few mins then again same error

I think it's ur Os problem.... you need to reinstall ur OS... and try again hope ur problem solved..

So let us think how to solve your problem and we will reply to you at first working day (I mean Monday) due to sometimes people (even Infinity-Box support persons) must have small relax.

Please, remind us to give you an answer at Monday due to it may be that it will ba many other posts and your thrad will be 2 or 3 pages down.

disable your anti virus and reinsatll the software it, will ok in you,r anti virus has problem or may be virus ib your computer

What was the reason of this kind of your strange activity ?
Why you did not answer to support persons ?
Why you start new thread if you have old thread already ?
Why you start to talk about "ignorance" instead of make an answer to exact questions asked by support persons ?

You must answer to all questions now so we will be able to understand the situation.

my be its technical problem that time i write answer and after submitting i not take notice it was delivered or not.........the reason to start new thread is that ....a few days i have been trying to solve this problem myself .....when not solved then i try to search my first post but i did not find it that time.....sorry for misunderstanding

If you can not solve your problem yet you must read your first thread and then make an answers that was asked by my partner (in old thread) and by me in current thread.
We need to get step-by-step answers to our questions.

Main question is: what is the reason of your complete ignorance of our questions ?
Why you say that we ignore your problem but in fact YOU IGNOIRE questions asked by support persons.

the only solution is copy paste your complete data external hard disk and scanned with registerd antivirus and after completely formate your partation in window instalation anc create new partations and paste your data again in your drives
