Need help from supporter

I have sent files from the DuallSim phone to support email some month ago. Supporter reported that this firmware will be added to new version of software. But the programm still kills phones after repair security area.

Here is flash file and backup of system log that program create.

Is it possible repair phone by flashing backup of system log of that phone?

Detected eeprom/ffs address is non-standard: 00E00000

Posible reasons:
1. eeprom is Ok but address is non-standard
2. eeprom damaged and can't be detected
3. eeprom is Ok but detected incorrectly (f.e. unknown eeprom structure)

If you are not sure that detected address is correct:
1. press "NO" (and select standard address or terminate current operation)
2. make flash backup for emergency case
3. repeat required operation

Are you sure that detected eeprom address is correct ?
Do you want to use standard eeprom address: 00800000 ?

If you are not sure that standard address is correct:
1. press "NO" and terminate current operation
2. make flash backup for emergency case
3. repeat required operation
operation terminated by user

As I can see software know this firmware and firmware security area repair.
Are you sure that you have used firmaware that completely suitable for your phone ?

Even if phones looks very similar it may be that phones has hardware difference.
Also are you sure that phone hardware is good ?

I had about 300pcs of this phones at same time (we have bought it in China to sell in my counrty). The phones are same.
The phone works before flash.
If I write fullflash with checked "smart write" (for example to change language) the phone works ok. But If I uncheck "smart write" then phone can't power up after flash.

Support of this firmware was made by your team after I have send to your mail fullflsh without the second file called "system log"...

P.S. Fullflash and system log that attached to this thread are made after the phone been flashed and can't power on. Is it right or I must send system log of working one?

Even 2 "absolutely the same" chinese models may have big difference inside.
So if you have bought 300 phones at once this means that you have bought "300 phones" but this is NOT means that you have bought "300 the same phones".

What to do with your phone: you must find firmware that will be suitable for your phone

To make phone supported it is need to send ORIGINAL files from GOOD WORKING PHONE, but not from phone that was flashed with other files.

ok, next step

But, If I flash "CM_2GSM_E551_C8V2_E551_GPRS_MT6226_S01.01_0_1 6m_E n_Cn_Cn.B0M" to any my died or working phone, phones power up. If I flash lets say "original" firmware of one of them to other this phone don't power up.

I attached flash and system log from original working powering phone.

http://rapidshare.com/files/126766417/e551.rar.html - the phone power on

So, I think that repair don't work correct for this firmware.

I fogote to say that if I flash original backup file from the phone to this phone with checked "fix security during flash" the phone do not power up anymore. But if this option unchecked all is ok- phone power on.
But If I do "Repair security" on working phone, software do not kill it, the phone continue working...
