need help for unlock V170 tracfone, can't connect - GSM-Forum

hi i have problem. i can't connect motorola v170 for unlocking. cable is ok.
this is log from sw window

COM32 [VCP0] selected
"smart write" active
"safe mode" active
Action: flash
Write: Firmware
Write: Language Pack
Skip: Flex
Skip: Eeprom
continue w/o "safe mode"
Device: V170,V171,V172,V173
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
connection mode: 00
error: boot failure[02]:
Release Power button !
Connect Fail
Failed !
Finished, time used: 24 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

i check RTS and Backup system area. still cannot connect. in sw there is repair mode connection ( cut track ) what is it mean? like test point? anyone can help me? i need the picture for cut track option for V170

Yes, there is a chance that you need to cut track to make this phone unlocked.
Please, check your HDD before search manuals somwhere else:

1. C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Documentation
