Tell me what to do. phone come to me as dead condition mean not powering on.

Code:

Operation : Check/Read Info [ v1.05 ]

1. Remove battery. Insert battery back
2. Press and hold 'VolumeUp' and 'VolumeDown' keys
3. Insert cable

Hello. Seems as it require complete reflashing.
Need find correct PAC file and flash it.

i finished searching all over google but didn't find it at all
can you help me with flash file.
