MyPhone My86 DTV Error Read Firmware

Hi,
i have here myphone my86 brand new, i make backup but error read backup. i already try other usb port with short usb cable. try on other laptop but same error.

Operation : Read FullFlash [ v1.19 ]

1. Remove battery. Insert battery back
2. Press and hold 'VolumeUp' and 'VolumeDown' keys
3. Insert cable

I need it too.. I have one unit that boot into recovery because of OTA update fail.

And one working Brandnew unit hope to fix it soon .. SPD7731G
