Need help with a ZTE G-X990

Hello, I need some help here. The thing is I received this zte model with aparently improper flashing because it showed Invalid IMEI.
I repaired it successfully and it received no radio coverage.
So decided to flash it, in case it had being incorrectly flashed with another box. I have downloaded 2 versions from the x990 support folder, I flash them, the process ends correctly but then it reports it can not find the FFS.
This phone has a NAND flash chip. When I try to format the ffs it seems as if it were trying to format a NOR flash chip.
I am posting the current state of the logs of MModule after reading general information. I need some clue or idea from support or some more experienced user to figure out if the phone has a defective flash ship, or the current version of MModule is not working this model properly or if I am selecting something wrong at the time of flashing:

There is a warning withing this log, almost at the end, that says it can not find the ffs area.

I am open to sugestions.

Follow up with G-X990

Hello,

Yes, phone is dead now. That is, it will not turn on, but if connected to the box via the USB port using my box integrated pinfinder L10C adapter it is detected and can be flashed.
I made another trial yesterday. I made a full format of FFS area, which did not report any error and flashed it again, but no response from the phone what so ever.

Here is log:

It still did not boot up and started after that.

How can I provide ffs log? If I try to use the file system tab it fails with an error.

Up to this point, I really do not know what else to do.

Remove/Install battery now !
The way I see it, MModule seems to be trying to format a NOR flash chip, even when in the settings a NAND is selected and the program detects the following:
NAND flash id[0004]: 00EC:0076005A003F [SAMSUNG] K9K1208X0C
So, there is a NAND K9K1208X0C Samsung flash chip installed on the phone, not a NOR.

make "format ffs" with "safe" mode.

Waiting for results.
