If you try flash dead phone with FW - then it mean it not compatible with that phone.
If you just connect phone and NO fw selected - then it mean :
-BootKey pressed
-Phone erased
And in SW internal DB no such EMI for this FlashIc.

I will get this info on flash , read info , repair ect

What is your suggestion ?

Not hold BootKeys. Just cable in phone.

After , if it will connect - read FW, and send me "preloader.bin" file from it, will update EMIDB in SW.

Same error on read

When find such emi - will add. It not easy without having some files, or phone on hands.
