It's quite hard to suggest any firmware with given details.
If you can open phone sometimes you can at PCB some kind of marks about phone hardware and firmware.

Also request to all users: If you have good flash files and if you want to share it with other users please use IOS File Uploader Tool
Please do not upload password protected or damaged files, all of them will be deleted after upload.
