BUT NOT HAVE BG SO I CANT FLASH MODIFICATION TO BULGARIEN ONLY CONVERT TO RUSSIAN

Try to search Bulgarian dictionary in folder Dictionary_other - it have Bulgarian_ver1 and Bulgarian_ver2 dictionary.
