its 8 pin connector & as same as itel set its 8 pin is grounded

sorry, no ideas about tx, rx.
are you sure that this phone is based on MT processor?
if you find charging pin- then only 6 unknown pins will left.
this is 30 possible combinations. maybe it worth to try them all?
