hello!

please check if during format fast created automatic eeprom backup.
If it was- you can load it as eeprom and restore phone to previous state

yes,it is .but when i try to load it .softwere say bad file.

try eith gb key , i;ve fix it with , infinity doesent support fully the unlock procedure. i had same problem with huawei g7010. and the back-up spoiled it worst . at last with other full dump i fix it , than remain in error 23.

Dear Friend,

You are not completely right.

Infinity-Box can unlock this phone without any problems, but error-23 is a damaged phone. So we can unlock this phone without problem but to repair damaged phone we are trying to get a solution.
