Need some help with flash siemens cl75.


I have some problem with unlock one siemens cl75, it give me error "sp-area damaged" and can't be unlock, I tried reset the phone and repair the eeprom, and still the same problem. so I download the flash file from the support site and try to reflash it, after erase procedure, it started to flash the fireware, and come to 11%, then give the following error information:

Retrying...
Err: wrong answer[15]
Err: write[03]: 01100000
Retrying...



and now the phone can't switch on. please help me with that.

Hi,
pls, download latest QModule from support area (2.09). it was some improvements about CL75 unlock.

as about flashing. if flashing stop always at the same address this means that flash chip damaged.
also don't forget to charge/check battery.

Hello, I am using the latest software(v2.09), and the battery is fully charged. Is there anything infinity team can do about that? Thanks a lot.

Hello,

As I can see from log file, software stop to write flash always at the same address (start of 2nd mb). I think it can be flash chip problem (HW). If you can, try to reball/rehot flash chip.
