need to update the box


hello
i contact many time support to get a solution and resolve issue with box
but i haven't no solution
here log when i need to update the box

so please if my dongle was dameged tell me where i can purchasse new one with the same id because with this dongle i have microbox activation as third part

the support tell me that my dongle was dameged i bayed new one
but my old dongle had microbox activation as third part
so how can add my old activation on my new dongle

You need the same dongle type.

it's ok
but where i can get new dongle with same spécification
i leave in tunisia and i find only the best dongle
please help
if possible i can buy only the smart card from any where you advise me

Infinity-Box card is the same type as Infinity-Dongle card.
So you need Infinity-Dongle but not Infinity-BEST
