Hi

I Cant open CM2MTK and rest of SW reason Smart Card miss-configuration



I Try to Update Smart Card it says

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

You should ask me before about fault.bin
I Follow Infinity Support advice from post 2 where he says delete fault.bin
I Dont have it anymore.

A bit scary to hear that support cant help us , 13 years customer of infinity

Any customer can use some non desired SW that without any intention.

I ask 2x time this is 3rd one what is HEXFRAME ?????

Hope we will not end like MANOLE customers with MXKey ?

A bit scary to hear that user want to fight insead of follow the advice given by supporters and say thanks. Ok, no problem, it's not worst case that we have seen here.

you have got step-by-step instruction right after your question. How about to follow it, disable firewall, check internet connection, try another pc (if your current pc has a problem) and post result instead of say "support cant help" ?
