can you give me the pinout @ board motorola w377..cant detected it by cable,,many cables ive tried but not works..thus my cable works perfect for other phone..just the Rx and TX in thePCB..thanks

it's the same cable of motorolla t190 also the same cable with panasonic x60

Yes, exactly, but it may be that phone connector is damaged if phone can not be detected by old good cable.
