Hi bros,
I am having a problem with my ALCATEL OT 383X for unlocking, when i did SP UNLOCK the phone finished and start on and off, i did all my possibility and i put a new bin but still the phone came on but asking for NETWORK KEY, whereby the phone was taking ORANGE network sim card, now it can't take any one again, i tried with the new version of bin on Infinity website still the same, if u can help me to get UNLOCK SIM FREE FIRWARE, i will be very grateful. Help me out of this problem. My phone is COMCEL Product

Hello,

If phone become blinking after unlock it may be that this phone is not supported for unlock yet (there is some problems with unlock for several network operators).
We are working now to solve this problem.

To restore phone to it's original locked state just flash it with any firmware from support area.
