new cm2 dongle not working - GSM-Forum

hi. i bought new cm2 dongle blue color from sharkgsm

my pc is windows 10 64 bit

i plug dongle on usb, let windows install drivers.

the dongle is blinking blue and red non stop.

dongle manager cannot detect it. : === DongleManager [Infinity] v1.70 [11/29/2017 14:01:30] ===
Searching...
Dongle can't be found:
Card with specified AID is not found

i tried manual update CardReader_Fetian_FT2K drivers but still dongle manager cannot detect it.

i remove smartcard clean and then plug it again. but still no luck.

what could be the problem?

should be drivers problem check once again drivers.

-Download drivers from here Index of pub/drivers/
-Remove smartcard put in other dongle.
Results ?

cannot put in another smartcard. i dont have other dongle.

done drivers download from support. still not working

this is a brandnew dongle. i did not buy it 2nd hand or anything.

Hello,

What to do:

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6

OR

1. Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (good result for today is with Alcor Card-Reader)

The next steps are:

2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware

- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries for 24 hours
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !
