What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - http://www.infinity-box.com/doc.php?id=17

If you have active support - run DongleManager software and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If support is not active - please contact to any seller and renew support.

Hello, I have the same problem but MTK AND Qualqum is working
Only SPD showing this message

when i go to IOS and put my user and pass it gives wrong user and pass
i get them from dongle manager ! any suggestions plz

delete spd foldar and instilled agin ur problem 100% solved

i try to download latest download manager if support area
but it always appear that No updates found for your Smart-Card. DO NOT try more today
