did u contact your reseller for this problem.i think he is the only one who can help u.if he doesnt reply then infinity team will help u for sure.but first it should be reseller

Yes i contacted them and they said that i should register the dongle and i did that but when it appied with the problem i posted they said it is beyond they understanding
