error usb hub power exceeded
the hub does not have enough power available to operate
the infinity usb serial converter

what should i do to solve this problem

Hello,

You need to conne3ct Infinity-Box directly to PC USB port but NOT via additional USB hub.
Try to connect box directly to PC.

Have you reprog FTDi eeprom with mprog? if yes you have to reprog with another programmer or the most easy, it 's what i do desolder the eeprom 24c or other. And it work perfectly ( egate reader + ftdi chip excess power).
If you have not reprog this, your usb power it default (a lot of reason)

many times i connect direct to the usb no luck

ill try to connect to another computer but no luck again.

talk your reseler make replacement maybe ....factory defective

Did u chak my computer Properties
Did u show e-gate drivers and ftdi comport drivers ???

Hello,

If box is new (never used) and it was connected to PC USB port directly but this problem still exist - you have a reason to contact to your reseller.
