Hi,
I think I made a mistake installing infinity box, how can I start over? What must I uninstall?

Hello !

Please, uninstall Infinity software (use Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel).
Then reboot PC and insatll all again according to instruction.

what about class not registered problem? This error always come out when I try to start a program from infinity

Hello,
I Dont Know Why My Phone Dons't Work Well And Its New Siemens.
So Please The Charge Dos'nt Charge It At All Phone Light On While Charge Why?

"class not registered" problem: some DLL's not registered correctly in your system.
Please, install Infinity_SNReader_v1.0 (about 4.5 Mb) again.

Please, check this:

You can find this file on your Desktop: "Infinity Drivers Installation Guide".
Also, all files required for installation you can find by link on your Desktop: "Infinity Drivers"
===== ATTENTION ! =====
Please, make all steps exactly like described below !
DON'T insert dongle into PC before/during installation.
--- W98/ME Installation ---
1. Run: Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\VC6Redist\vcredist.exe
2. Reboot PC
3. Run: Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\Smart Card Base Components\SCBase.exe
4. Reboot PC
5. Run: Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\e-gate_W98_Me\Setup.exe
6. Reboot PC
7. Insert Box dongle into USB port
Your system now have three new devices:
1. e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerators -> e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerator
2. Smart card readers -> e-gate USB Smart card reader
3. e-gate USB Smart Cards -> e-gate USB Smart Card
8. Insert Cable and select drivers from folder: Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\Cable
9. Reboot PC
10. Install Infinity program modules, now ready to work.

--- W2K/XP Installation ---
1. Run: Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\e-gate_W2k_XP\Setup.exe
2. Insert Box dongle into USB port
Your system now have three new devices:
1. e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerators -> e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerator
2. Smart card readers -> e-gate USB Smart card reader
3. e-gate USB Smart Cards -> e-gate USB Smart Card
3. Insert Cable and select drivers from folder: Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\Cable
