new pinfinder not detect - GSM-Forum

hi all,

my pinfinder cannot get detected at all.
1. i connected with infinty box (the red light on).
2. i downloaded dongle manager(latest) and select dongle upd,,activate modules.
3. selected pin-finder adapter and it ask me whether it is connected to pc,, i press yes,,

4. infinty boox is connected in com 3 and when it arrives at com 3,, pinfinder can't be detectd,,

plz help me to set this up,, where is the problem,,

Ty to disconnect/connect PinFinder adapter severalm times, be sure that PinFinder is connected to box well.

i tried connecting with pinfinder 1.05 but still cannot detect,, with the latest cannot start
i also checked the rj45 to rj45 cable(all 8 pins) and made sure is connected properly,,

the first red led is on in the pinfinder,,

what i can tell is the pinfider adapter has some problem in it??

checked the voltage, it is 4.83,,
i'll replace the diode or do a jumper and will check the adapter
