New Spice S404 and S530 - GSM-Forum

Dear Friends,

As we can see, some users has problems with unlock of latest Spice S404 and S530.
We need to get your final replies about S404 and S530 unlock process and results.

Please, post your results/comments here so we can see what's really happend with S404 and S530 unlock.

Also, if somebody have on hands S404 or S530 that can't be unlocked by any possible way (direct unlock or unlock via flashing or both methods together: flash then unlock) please, let us know, probably we will buy this kind of phones for research.

s404 need diect unlocking method.its working but with flashing (with file from support)
and takes a long time about 15 mintus.so make it easy and fast

hello sir
i tried many times to unlock s404
always shows wrong sim after unlock
i tried with all methods
like
sp-unlock
format ffs
main flash
eprom flash
after flash unlock
but
no result
always support only spice all sims
another sim not worked after all that prosisure
please give us any solid solution

sp unlock not supported on s530 and s404 after sp unlock only spice sim accepted

Please, share your experience but not only write "work" or "not work".
I need to get DETAILED info wat was Ok and what was not Ok.

yes me too hav the problem with spice s404 wat i did was first i tried to unlock it with sp unlock option but after completing the process it was same-->WRONG SIM so i decided to flash it i downloaded the flash file from support area and flashed it now its complete dead not powering up :-(

at last i tried to restore the EPROM backup created by infinity but same dead complete dead
at least i want it to the same condition it was previously in please guide me wat to do?

Contact me in private,i can help, i have solution for spice S404 all versions.
100% tested.
Works on all versions of S404 including the new ones.
Phone will work on all networks after unlock.

To return phone to life:
1. charge batetry
2. flash phone with flash files from support area

no way!!! i had unlock 125pcs s404 phones with sucessfull flashing method.see you battery backup

i have one s530 for unlocking
1st i do unlock phone:-- no success
2nd i flash my phone, unlock again:-- no success
3rd i flash with repair eeprom :-- phone display a error
now phone still on white display & give a error
what is wrong with me

now i try 2nd phone s530 to unlock but no success
plz help infinty team

there are two files on support area i hv tried both of them but handset is dead battery is new and fully charged

mate can u tell me the name of the flash file u used? And wat about smart write shud i hav to check it or Uncheck while writing flash?

Dear all,
I have unlocked s-530 successfully with the help of flash file in support area.But in 404 i have force a problem i am not able to read the handset when i try to unlock the handset ,the handset is power on .i have tried in two or three sets but fail.Sir pls tell me where i am wrong .

for s530 unlocking everything on the support area. direct unlocking is not working.with flashing its ok. u have to select correct flash files.
