I am a new user INFINITY-BOX.
I want to unlock virgine V-Touch.
for this, I use Pinfinder and cable L14A, but the phone can not connect.
I want someone to check with me the procedure I followed.

hello!

that is service port, needed only for factory programming.

for your phone:
run pinfinder, make "detect adapter", select cable L14a, go to "select pinout from list"
find virgine V-Touch and select it.
pinout must automaticly set to 9,2

now run Mmodule, select model and comport and continue with software operations
