We wish you good work and many repaired phones in New Year, hope that New Year 2009 will be very happy for you and for your family ! As you all know we try to make our product and support so good as possible. Our product supporters is always in current (and in many other) forum to helps our users to solve any possible problems so fast as possible. Probably somebody can say that sometimes our updates is not so fast and not so "hot" and somebody want to see, but in most cases our main target is to give to our users solutions that can really repair phones but not to damage it, so we try to test our software so careful as possible. Our main target is to make so stable and so bug-free software as possible. We try to add so many different flash files for many different models as possible and to make software that is really easy to use. Yes, sometimes our software has bugs (for sure any software has bugs) but we try to solve any problems and to fix any possible bugs so fast as possible and all your test reports is always welcome. Also we want to say that in future we will try to make everything to make our users happy, we will try to add many new supported models and we will try to support our users so fast and with so good quality as possible.
