Nktel A200 playing mp4 video without sound but playing 3gp with sound, Phone ringer is ok.
Phone restarting while playing mp3.
Is it software problem if yes than how to solve this issue ?

hello!

you can try to make format FFS after backing up your existing firmware.
in most cases this is file format problem

Already formating ffs, posted here after doing format ffs but same.....

Your solution is here bro,just change MTK6225, then flash it your problem will be solved

I think Format of ur mp4 songs is wrong .check ur songs only
this is not phone fault .May be cpu fault also .

dear it is fualt of your cpu mt 6225 change cpu and flash it will be 100%

brother this is new softwear of a200 and some changes in pcb i solve this problam by changing of mtk 6225 and full flash

i read softwear from same and good working fone
