No more upgrade logs!!


Seems a few people have this same problem.
I have tried to upgrade my dongle firmware but the sw froze my machine. Now donglemanager reports that firmware is up to date when it isnt and says no more upgrade logs.
I have emailed support and the remote upgrade address but no reply.
I know that support says it may take 48hrs for a reply but if it is a common problem I would have expected a quicker response.
Anyone can help me?

I have done that and got no reply!
Thats why I'm posting here.
We all know what to do because the sw shows this I'm not daft.
The problem is I've got no reply!

How on earth would you know!
How long should we wait?
Infinity support makes a big deal about actually replying to support queries and not using autoresponders, they say emails answered in a few hours normally but always in 48hrs.
I have no answer to my emails after 48hrs - many people post here that they have the same problem and yet no resolution.
Who are you to tell me to wait

i'm post here cause of if this problem from infinity team then my card also blocked or not update etc , so just for testing i update and its done !!

Yes!
Got an email from support last night
box updated fine no issues
just took too long - had a customer with 5 ZTE N281s to unlock on Thursday, obviously hes taken them back now. Makes me look bad
