Member: 2728 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 6 | No more upgrade logs!! I have tried to upgrade my dongle firmware but the sw froze my machine. Now donglemanager reports that firmware is up to date when it isnt and says no more upgrade logs. I have emailed support and the remote upgrade address but no reply. I know that support says it may take 48hrs for a reply but if it is a common problem I would have expected a quicker response. Anyone can help me? |

Infinity support makes a big deal about actually replying to support queries and not using autoresponders, they say emails answered in a few hours normally but always in 48hrs. I have no answer to my emails after 48hrs - many people post here that they have the same problem and yet no resolution. Who are you to tell me to wait |

Member: 2728 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 6 | Yes! Got an email from support last night box updated fine no issues just took too long - had a customer with 5 ZTE N281s to unlock on Thursday, obviously hes taken them back now. Makes me look bad |
