Untick preloader and HW verify.
Reflash.

Strange. Change in scat name MT6737 to MT6735 , open it and change in header, platform same 6737 to 6735.

NE1 - Nokia 3 is 6737M based. Infact it uses 6735 boot, so SW detect it as it shows.
What device state now? Same?
