1. Take a chocolate bar. Any. Must be with foil.
2. Eat chocolate.
3. Take a foil. Little piece.
4. Apply it on PC side of usb cable like on picture :

It must short 2 left points ( plastic USB bar must be DOWN if see on cable jack! )
5. Inser cable in USB port. You must insert it accurate for avoid foil move out.
6. Power off phone, inser cable in it. Wait 10 seconds. If device not power on - done. Remove foil and insert usb back. Use.
If device start charge - you fit foil bad.

And result :


It applicable for USB C and Micro cables as well.
It just another version of dirty fast edl cable.
It NOT recommended to be used
