Download configurator and use it first to set BEST settings.
Then unlock again. Next time try to read logs and use search - save own and other time.

You can solve it by yourself. Just select ( download first ENOSW package ) and select SAME OR NEWER version, than in your phone SW, ENO file and repeat operation.
