O2X1i .. not unlocking ? - GSM-Forum

there is no response when I pressed the power button when trying to unlock a O2x1i.

Please advise

COM1 selected
Device: O2X1i,O2XLI
Checking data, wait...
Boot...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press Power button now !
Err: [02]
Boot Fail
Finished
Remove/Install battery now !
Time used: 24 sec

Where is a good point to ground the testpoint ?
Should I use the wire on the M300 cable.. or should I use another wire like when unlocking motorola's by TP?

Good point is wire on cable.
Also you can use any other wire from ground to TP.
