How to format spd cpu6533g

Dear sir i just come to know that SCR module got ability to flash this CPU ,,,i got MOBO model H-45 with password problem need FORMAT ,,,according to manual i connect with POWER ON state ,,,but only showing CHARGING not MASS STORAGE ,,,

In that condition ,,,how to connect set ?

1) SPD
if it is spd then

power off set remove battery

insert usb cable and hold "0" button and insert battery

2) RDA

and if it is reda

then power off set

while battery is inserted connect usb cable

when it shows charing icon then press "0" button and keep holding it until it detects

if set is is not connecting then check drivers in device manager

Power of the device connect usb when show charging symbol press 0 and do ur desire operation
