| One more warning for all Infinity-Box users: damaged smart-cards Dear Friends, Please, be very careful when you run any unknown software at your PC. If your Infinity-Box smart-card will be damaged with any kind of danger software we can not repair these cards remotely, damaged cards should be replaced with new one. This kind of replacement can not be made for free (even if your box is still under warranty). Some examples of damaged cards that can not be replaced, new cards should be bought: - cards with damaged keys - cards with error #69 - other types of damage that can not be repaired remotely Please, do not ask us to replace cards for free, we can not do so ! You have to be very careful when you run any kind of unknown software at your PC ! Always disconnect your Infinity-Box from PC when you run unknown application ! @resellers Please, contact to us to get more information what to do with cards if users contact you and ask to replace cards under warranty or by any other reasons. We can helps to understand what to do with each damaged cards. |

| Hello, Here is one (quite old) story: Warning ! Your smart-card can be attacked by harmful software ! I am sure that for now exist other types of harmful software that can damage smart-cards, f.e. fake software that offer possibility to unpack Infinity-Box files etc. I want to repeat: it's impossible to protect smart-card from damage if you run unknown software when your box connected to PC, so it is need to disconnect box and be very careful every time when you run new unknown software at your PC. |

just do few steps and you will never got any Damage Smart Cards not only with infinity even almost all Smart cards Before Plug any smart cards (boxes) always close all applications and make sure that you are not running any extra software , for example in my pc i have 1500 GB Harddisk and i have many softwares installed , i never do experiments with new software on my this pc ( which pc i have installed smart cards ) always use Registered softwares from Good known company like microsoft , etc and never ever run usb sharing softwares during flashing or unlocking this may also cause of smart card damage and one thing more that never ever connect your smart card ( boxes ) all time , plug smart card ( box ) when you need to do work these are very small things but with that you will never ever face any problem regarding Smart cards etc Wish you all the best Thank you Br Faisal_Computer | ||||||
