One Question! V170...


Hi,
I have the Infinity Box, have one week with this box, but, i can't unlock nothing, that it does, but i need a little help...

Firts. The lights front in the box, none power on...is normal this?

Second. How to unloked for Motorola V170?

Hi, thanks for you answer, but this is the problem, the Leds for front box none on...i do this...UP= F-Bus, USB out used, but Rx/Tx leds no power on..none.

i want solution this problem firts...thanks for you help.

hi, the programs mark error when i select other com port diferent to Com 1 and Com 10, but, with none two port the leds on...

I am thankful for you help....!

Hi,

go to Device Manager and see Ports.
Disconnect box from PC. If you see that there is no COM10 after you disconnect box this means that COM10 is correct com port.

Hi, i do this, and yes, my com port is correct, but, the problem persist...the leds none on...well, when put in the cable G50 inside in com1 the led RTS on, the light is blue, is good signal?

But i can´t read flash of the fone, is a V170...

Can you help me, please...

Hi,

it looks like that you ignored my link with box description, in other case you did not talk about RTS LED.

Connect cable with "X60" mark (hands-free cable with THREE metal pins) to box LEFT RJ-45.
Connect cable to phone.
Try to make required operation.

Also, what is phone firmware version ? (press #02#* to see it)
it can be that you need to use method like this:
