I tried to login here: http://user.infinity-best.com:82/inc/start.php

But when I login it takes me to blank screen.

Is the online service down?

How to fix this problem?

We are sorry for suspended service this night, we just upgraded our system.
Now it back to work.

It's available, there is no any problems with it.

There is no any problems with our service at all.

99.9999% of problems is a result of users who do not read instruction well.
