Exclamation emeralda server down -> socket error #10060


dear infinity team,

please help me i have problem updating my dongle in emeralda server...
i already sent e-mail to you at [email protected]

here are some of my logs:

Problem Upgrading your dongle?

3-1. download latest "DongleManager" here:
http://www.infinity-box.com/download/
3-2. be sure that firewall disabled and "DongleManager.exe" has enough
rights to access network
3-3. be sure that you have Internet connection enabled if problem
still exist:
3-4. download http://www.infinity-box.biz/public/emeralda.ip.rar
3-5. unpack archive
3-6. exit DongleManager
3-7. put "emeralda.ip" file in folder with DongleManager
3-8. run DongleManager
3-9. repeat dongle upgrade process

sir i followed all your advices. i already disabled firewall and uninstall anti-virus in my pc. i also already downloaded emeralda.ip.rar and extracted to the same folder of my dongle manager. still the same problem sir.any other solution sir? thank you in advance sir.

Hello,

Upgrade server running and working.
Please, repeat dongle upgrade process one more time.
If possible try to use other ISP/connection (f.e. gprs). It can be that some providers block some ports.
If still no luck please write e-mail to [email protected] and wait detailed instructioins what to do.

still the same sir i tried different isp for connection to the internet, still with no firewall and anti-virus, but still problem persists.thanks in advance sir.

hello!

you have to search for locked ports on your side.
all other users can upgreat without problems.
firewall or antivirus on your side OR firewall on your provider side.
try to change PC/ provider

have you tried soft i sent you?

yes sir i tried your soft sent to me, i uninstall anti-virus, disabled firewall, tried other connection/isp, other computer, still i can't update the dongle sir,please advice what to do sir.

hello!

you are the only person from thsousands of infinity users who cant solve remote upgreat. I cant do anything for you, because this is internet problems on your side. Please try to change PC and internet provider. USE IP file!

sir thanks, i've already updated,i just find another isp with another internet cafe,i requested them to disable their router, i borrowed their connection, i already updated sir, thanks so much for your advices and help

the same messege shows and the box unable to update

it may be problem with your Internet connection or ISP.
Can you try to connect to Internet via other provider or f.e. via GPRS ?
