Member: 128745 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 16,936 | Problem Upgrading your dongle? 3-1. download latest "DongleManager" here: http://www.infinity-box.com/download/ 3-2. be sure that firewall disabled and "DongleManager.exe" has enough rights to access network 3-3. be sure that you have Internet connection enabled if problem still exist: 3-4. download http://www.infinity-box.biz/public/emeralda.ip.rar 3-5. unpack archive 3-6. exit DongleManager 3-7. put "emeralda.ip" file in folder with DongleManager 3-8. run DongleManager 3-9. repeat dongle upgrade process |

Member: 298502 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 235 | sir i followed all your advices. i already disabled firewall and uninstall anti-virus in my pc. i also already downloaded emeralda.ip.rar and extracted to the same folder of my dongle manager. still the same problem sir.any other solution sir? thank you in advance sir. |

If possible try to use other ISP/connection (f.e. gprs). It can be that some providers block some ports. If still no luck please write e-mail to [email protected] and wait detailed instructioins what to do. |
