OK, I dont understand in the first time, for all I explain what need to do:
open best.ini with notepad
find
[Download]
server-1=http://server1.infinity-best.com/download
server-2=http://server2.infinity-best.com/download

replace with
[Download]
server-1=http://dl1.infinity-best.com/download
server-2=http://dl2.infinity-best.com/download
server-3=http://dl3.infinity-best.com/download

press save
Now support will work from software, thanks JayDi and all others for help

It's very comfortable, if can access support from software
