Box/Dongle misconfiguration - GSM-Forum

i got the information below after attempting to activated the HUA box service to my infinity box.
i got stuck on the "card not found" message as i tried to open HUa dongle software with my infinity box.
and this message bellow

WHEN I TRY TO UPDATE TO SYNC WITH MY INFINITY SERVER INFO WITH HUA DONGLE ACTIVATED I GET THIS MESSAGE BELLOW;
